“Chastity” – I already promised myself to be ‘white’ until after marriage, so that’s not a problem. But it also means to be simplistic and modest? Does this mean I have to be a Plain Jane?
“Charity” – Virtue of aid. But when do you know who and when to aid? If you had to pick between helping somebody and achieving your dreams, which comes first?
“Diligence” – I’ve always been hard working, but I gave up my hobbies for the sake of my grades. I find this shameful–I should be able to handle it.
“Patience” – how do you forgive the people who turned their backs on you??
“Kindness” – Does Kindness equal naivity? What about those who find themselves backstabbed after helping someone? Should you help them anyways?
“Humility” – Virtue of Respect and Modest behavior–but modest how? Plain? Simple? Not fancy? But the public’s eyes judge–or is that something to disregard?
Everything seems so paradoxical.
I’m so confused. Help!
