Have you ever had an individual you didn’t know do a thing for you on the spur of the moment and want nothing in return.

Like spend your toll at a toll booth.
Had your dinner paid for and the waitress not tell you who paid for it.

Just anything………I want to hear your stories.
I feel you have to commence giving Very first and then it will at some point come back to you….BUT you also have to do it Without EXPECTING it come back.
Just do it……..absolutely nothing attached.

My husband and I have been out to dinner and we saw an elderly gentleman eating all alone at the Cracker Barrell, he ordered the childs plate and when got his waitres to give us his verify and not inform him who did it, just inform him that someone took care of it for him. It felt great and we had been in a position to see his smile as he walked out. He kept hunting back over the restaurant hunting obviously to see if he knew somebody there…nope, it was just us!

I like to assume I do acts of kindness all the time, despite the fact that I admit I completed them much less often now than in the past

Most of the time, I did not see a direct results, as I typically helped people I did not know who I believed required a hand.

Now, I far more focused on helping folks by means of my job.

Giving someone some thing back they they did not know they lost. Income, individual items, clothing, etc. It actually makes me really feel good, and it has to them too.
