You took that completely out of context. It’s talking about people who do these things and say they are doing it in the name of Jesus but are really doing it so people will see how “good” they are. Read the rest of the Scripture around the verse you used. Before you use something as an argument find out what it really means.

Muhammad wrote the Quran because of a dream he had in a cave. He wrote it over 600 years after the Bible was finished, while taking bits and pieces of the Old Testament. The Quran also denies history by saying that Jesus Christ did not rise from the dead. History overwhelmingly supports Jesus life, death and physical resurrection. I will take that over one mans word any day.
The verses you are quoting are about false christians who deny the reality that Christ is the mediator between us and God, and that he is our sole means of salvation. These false Christians do so many good works, they think that will save them. But God is clear that if you dont accept the Son, you do not have the Father, and will not be saved.

Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life, no man comes thru the father acept thru me. Muslims pray every morning to some moon God. It’s in the Kirain, look it up. You can either pray to the moon or to the true living God Jesus Christ. God said depart from me I never knew you because the people were doing great works for themselfs to look good, and they didnt give God the glory. A true Christian would give all the glory to Jesus Christ. When he dided on the cross he said it is FINISHED. That means no other prophets need to come, ok Muslims and Mormans. It’s finished.
