He can’t spend or give anyone anybody’s money. Only Congress can make this type of authorization. All money bills start in the House of Representatives. So, email Nancy.Pelosi@House.Gov and I’m sure she’ll be able to tell you where the money is coming from.

That’s actually our money too. And just a little civics 101 Congress controls spending not the president. Right now our money is being used to subsidize biofuels so that not only can we pay more for fuel but we can also pay more for food.

The government does not have money – the people are taxed to provide revenue: so he is giving us back our money.
He borrowed the money to give us.
There was no tax cut: taxes are what the government spends not what you send to the government.
For the imperceptive among us, the borrow and spend policies of recent Republican administrations have run up our national debt to ridiculous heights. See chart below.
