    1. It’s far more important to leave the world as it is than change the world. It’s not up to you to change something that 6 billion other people live on, it’s up to everybody.

    2. How much do you want to change the world? Everything you do changes the world. Getting a job at a grocery store changes the world. Helping your family changes the world. Are you talking about making a huge impact on the world? The only way to do that is to get power, and lots of it. And the more power you get, the more you will want.

    3. I go to school every day and make hardly any difference to the world. I’m currently seeking a part-time job, and I “change the world” by helping and loving my family, if that counts.

Changing your perception can make all the difference in changing the world…and it’s entirely under your control.

    A quote on the subject:

“Whatever you do will be insignificant.
However, it is vitally important that you do it.” – Gandhi

The question of importance is irrelevant because we change our world every single day whether we realize it or not. Little decisions make big differences… you give a bum on the street a dollar.. he buys a shirt and gets a job… becomes president of the company… gives money to cancer research… science finds a cure for cancer! Ok, a bit of a dramatization, but my point is, being a good positive person and spreading the love is one thing we can ALL do every day :-D

I believe that I have no right to change the world since I only belong to it rather than own it. What I own (to a large extent) is myself and that is where I have a right as well as an obligation to bring about wise or necessary changes.

If the world continues to be the same, or worse with millions of people hungry, homeless or unemployed, and inflicted by Aids and other diseases—a time will come for widespread epidemic and wars, misery and chaos.

It is therefore important to improve living conditions, to grow more crops, and to find better ways for human beings to survive. A person can change society if he is diligent, responsible and has special skills or knowledge. Govts must endeavor to send every child to school, to create jobs and produce enough food for their people.
Collectively, individuals will change the nation, and many nations in unity and with positive goals, will change the world.

I try to recycle all kinds of items, to help those who are disadvantaged, and to influence certain people in daily life and here, to follow and recognize certain positive and healthy norms of society, universal truths, etc and to aim to create harmony, right thinking and peace wherever they are.

The Internet is the best platform to change the world in attitudes about race, religion, values and virtues–but it must strive to embrace morals. You could help your organization and society in some beneficial ways to effect positive changes. And there has never been a more ideal time in history than to start now–new changes, world order, renaissance, whatever–and to proceed in a sensible, civilized and peaceful manner without the need of resorting to rockets, tanks, mine-fields, nuclear bombs, invasions, terrorism, fear and intimidation !

better question: Why would you not want to change the world? we get a short time to live so why not change something? When i go, i want the feeling of knowing, i left a mark on this world and know that i made a difference and me being here was for no use. You are dying right now so change something now. Reach greatness.
