Question by My heart beats to your rhythm: I require a excellent defenition for “Random Act of Kindness”?
I am writing a paper on a random act of kindness and i need to have a definition to start off of the paper with. The only 1 i found was on wikipedia but i didn’t like the wording. So if anybody knows where i can come across a very good defention please post a website so i can use it for a referance

A random act of kindness is a selfless act performed by a person or persons wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual or in some situations an animal. There will generally be no cause other than to make folks smile, or be happier. Either spontaneous or planned in advance, random acts of kindness are encouraged by various communities. An oft-cited example of a random act of kindness is, when paying the toll at a toll booth on a highway, to pay the toll for the vehicle behind you as well.

Do you need a formal ‘dictionary’ type noun-an act performed selflessly. typically by a stranger blah blah blah? or do you need a heart felt “random act of kindness” definition?

try this site. it isnt exactly about ACTS of kindness but it has some great quotes about what kindness IS. you might be able to incorporate them into your paper somehow. if these don’t help sorry and good luck on your paper =)
