Question by iamdaron: I am starting a nonprofit, can I have the word “Foundation” as element of the name?
We are not going to be granting cash, it will be an educational-sort nonprofit. I just read some thing on foundationcenter.org that stated : a foundation is a nonprofit that grants funds.

I like having ‘Foundation’ in the name.

Just say ‘The (yourname) Foundation
