‘sustain’ may have several meanings in english so in turkish. it depends on the sentence.

sustain : confirm (onaylama, destekleme) /sustainability:
desteklenebilirlik

sustain: admit as valid (dogrulama) /sustainability: dogrulanabilirlik

sustain: maintain (finanse stmek) / sustainability: finanse edilebilirlik

sustain: nourish ( beslemek) / sustainability: beslenebilirlik

sustain: prolong (uzatmak) / sustainability: uzatılabilirlik

Since you’re asking this, I guess you’re interested in social sciences (possibly economy), management or environmental studies.

The academic translation for “sustainability” is “sürdürülebilirlik”. And “sustainable” is translated as “sürdürülebilir”.

Example:
Sustainable development: Sürdürülebilir gelişme.
Budget sustainability: Bütçe sürdürülebilirliği
