I know this is impossible and unrealistic, but is there any way I can assist victims of hurricanes/floods whatever by really going down there and rebuilding and blah blah blah. I do not know what else to do–I’m grasping in the dark and I am really bored with my life. I truly want to do something exciting and meaningful. Possibly- but the poor can have dignity if they have some minimal rights.
“CHARITY” typically doesn’t let that. Welfare states are not charities.
