My husband and I have been out to dinner and we saw an elderly gentleman eating all alone at the Cracker Barrell, he ordered the childs plate and when got his waitres to give us his verify and not inform him who did it, just inform him that someone took care of it for him. It felt great and we had been in a position to see his smile as he walked out. He kept hunting back over the restaurant hunting obviously to see if he knew somebody there…nope, it was just us!

I like it. When I see tourists who are lost I ask if they need directions and give it to them, and if they cannot speak English I can normally give it to them in their language (depending). Right now my daughter phoned and told me a truly cool story that occurred at a Georgia Wal-Mart today:

Even though in line at a neighborhood Wal-Mart a senior citizen in front of her was taking items out of her cart, the girls in front of the senior citizen (who had currently checked out) begin to load those items into bags and into the seniors cart. This ladies was silent and never said a word. She then proceeded to run her card even though the checkout clerk was talking to the senior citizen. She walked away silently just before the older girls had even realized the other women had paid over $ 100.00 for HER groceries! The women start to cry and told the cashier how she was widowed and struggling to get even the fundamentals!

I say kudos to her! With all the fighting and arguing on Yahoo answers about politics and such, I thought we could share some “random acts of kindness stories” ones that you your self have completed, or ones you have witnessed. When was the final time you saw a person execute a random act of kindness?
