Question by : What need to I write as an answer for this question”What are your causes for wanting to become a volunteer?”?
I’m volunteering at Red Cross, and on the application, that was 1 of the question, how should i answer that? I require great answers that’ll draw their attention. I currently have one purpose
–Volunteering will teach me life abilities that I wouldn’t be in a position to learn anywhere else, specifically at Red Cross where I’ll almost certainly learn to be a greater benefactor towards the community.

That is a very good answer and one that will be well received in most Red Cross Chapters. For your other reasons you may want to say briefly why you want to help the community maybe direct it to the specific program for which you want to volunteer ie helping people learn important safety skills so they can help themselves and others, helping with blood services because blood is life saving, Disaster Services to make the worst time in someone’s life a little less terrible. The other reason may be one for choosing Red Cross specifically – nationally known, reputation in community, part of something important.
