This is a nasty rumor – is it correct? Who (do we know?) is checking “gossip” inside her campaign to verify what they strategy or have asked other people to do or had “volunteered” to Clinton already? A late night revelation of a really like child or teenage “record” or some such could derail Obama’s nomination. Hope they close all the dirty tricks teams challenging at work now!

You are the one that is trying to smear someone and it will not work. Hillary will not smear Obama if he gets the nomination. She is loyal to the party. However I do believe that the Republicans know something and will use it then. Just because McCain takes the high road doesn’t mean that others in his party will. It will come out.. yes it will.

If something’s revealed about Obama he’s the one to blame for being the party involved.

That is a made up rumor. It doesn’t make sense at all and it sounds like a Karl Rove trick to get more conflict with the democratic party selection process. Her focus is to become the candidate or the VP on the ticket in AUGUST (note that the negative ads have stopped).
There is a rumor spread by Fox News that Hillary would “support” Obama but do nothing to actually support him. If it were true, it would not only kill her chances for president in 2012 or 2016, it would kill her senate reelection chances, so that is not true either.

why would Hilary wait till Obama got the nomination already before unleashing “dirty laundry” Of Obama?
She’s not going to do anything but help if she was not chosen to be the nominee.
Let’s just hope we don’t have another Bush in the white house. I dont mind a conservative leader, but i just someone ( anyone ) more intelligent and fair.

I HIGHLY doubt that would happen. It would be political suicide for Clinton in the eyes of the party.
However, Clinton would benefit from a McCain landslide over Obama. This would prove to everyone that she was right about his electability, and increase her chances of securing the nomination in 12′.
If Clinton does have some dirt on Obama, it would most likely be secretly given to the GOP for them to use.
